The non-refundable deposit of $700 is due with enrollment. The tuition balance is due in two parts on February 1 and April 1, 2008.
Financial Policy: The deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation before May 1, tuition will be reimbursed as long as the camper place is filled for the session. For cancellation after May 1, tuition may be partially refunded depending on whether or not the camper place is filled for the session. There is no reduction in tuition for late arrival or early departure. Any State or Federally imposed tax will be the family's responsibility. Enrollment and Applications: Camp Runoia accepts girls between the ages of eight and fifteen by interview with a camp director. Please call for an interview. Sixteen and seventeen year olds having completed the 10th grade are age-eligible for our Counselor-in-Training program; an application and interview process must be arranged with a camp director. Financial aid applications are available. Two and three week coed wilderness adventures for 13-15 year olds may be available. How to enroll: Our returning campers have first refusal for the next summer spaces until September 30. After an interview by phone or in person, a director will contact you by phone, letter or email regarding acceptance to the program. The form must be completed and returned with the deposit to reserve a place for the camper. As of October 1, new campers may enroll and all enrollments will be handled on a first come first served basis. On about two occasions a week we wear a simple uniform of a cotton tee shirt with our logo and sport shorts. Both are available through our provider, Amerasport. Air travel to/from camp: If you are making flight arrangements for your daughter to Portland, Maine for camp to pick her up, please arrange for arrival flights between 10 am and 2 pm and departure flights to between 9:00 am and 12 Noon.
