CAMPCRAFT
Instructor
To support our active trip program, we run an extensive in camp outdoor living skills program known as 'campcraft'. We value girls having the knowldge and skills to fully enjoy the natural environment around them. Classes are offered for all ages and skill levels. The program includes everything from fire building and cooking to star gazing and tree identification. There is opportunity to run State sponsored certificate programs which includes the Junior Maine Guide Program.
Knowledge of basic camping equipment, techiques, map and compass skills along with a love of the outdoors and nature are great attributes for our campcraft staff.
