SAILING
Head of Activity and Assistant Counselors
Sailing is one of the most popular programs at camp and is staffed by an experienced crew of safety conscious staff.
The Head of the program should be 21+ and a keen sailor with documented experience and teaching skills. They must be well organized and self motivated to manage all aspects of the program. Responsibilities include lesson planning, equipment set up and maintenance, small powerboat operations and staff management.
We sail JY 15's adn American Day Sailors
Assistant sailing staff should have good personal skills and a desire to teach.
Lifeguard training is desired. Training may be provided for LGT and WSI.
